liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused to a
user in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on such
external linked sites.

MEDIVIZION NEITHER ENDORSES NOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION,
ADVICE OR STATEMENT ON THE MEDIVIZION SITES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MEDIVIZION BE LIABLE FOR
ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY

You agree to indemnify and hold Medivizion, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers,
employees and agents harmless from any claims and demands, including attorneys' fees, arising
out of the use by you of the Medivizion Sites, including claims by other users of your equipment,
access, products or membership.
3. REFUND POLICY
Please try and honestly use our unique product as directed. If you are not satisfied with the
product, you are eligible to request a refund of the purchase price less shipping
and handling. You must return the unused products or even empty bottles at your own cost in order for us to process
the refund.
To request a refund you must obtain an RMA (Return Authorization). Requests must be made online (through email to sales@globevizion)
and
submitted with your order information and explanation of why you wish to return the product. You
will recieve your RMA via email once our customer service department has identified your eligibility
for a return under our policy. Please do not call for an RMA. If you return your product without a RMA
number, you will not be refunded.
Once you RECEIVE your RMA, you have 15 days to return the unused or empty (bottles) packaging for a refund.
You will only receive a credit on the bottles that are returned with your RMA. If the package is not
received within 15 days you will not be eligible for the refund.
*Refund Processing Fee: $10 Per item e.g. 1 bottle return = $10 Fee. 2 bottle return - $20 Fee.
